How do I know my size?
Please refer to our Size Guide before placing your order. If you're unsure, our team is happy to assist.
Can I change my order after payment?
Changes can only be made before production or shipping begins. Kindly contact us immediately after placing your order.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may only be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations cannot be processed.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We'll assess the issue and arrange a replacement where applicable.
Will the colours look exactly like the pictures?
We strive for accurate photography. However, slight colour variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting.
Do Adire fabrics bleed?
Some handcrafted Adire fabrics may release excess dye during the first few washes. This is completely normal and does not affect the quality of the garment.
Can I return my order if it doesn't fit?
Because our garments are produced in limited quantities, we generally do not accept returns due to sizing. We strongly encourage customers to review our Size Guide or contact us before ordering.
How do I care for my garment?
We recommend hand washing in cold water with mild detergent, air drying in the shade, and ironing on low heat.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Some collections may be restocked, while others are limited editions and will not return. Follow our social media pages or subscribe to our newsletter for updates.
